Large Monotypes

As an artist I love how my art can serve as an instrument to explore new ideas that I’m interested in learning about. In this page I explore ideas about energy, passion and spirituality.

As an artist I love how my art can serve as an instrument to explore new ideas that I’m interested in learning about. During the past few months I’ve been meditating, doing yoga and thinking about energy and chakras. In this “Other Series” page I explore these ideas about energy, passion and spirituality. The imagery comes from things I live with and things that are around me.

Sendeth rain on the just & the unjust (Matthew 5:45)

Sendeth rain on the just & the unjust (Matthew 5:45)

$5,500.00

This large oil painting.(51 “ x 40 "-framed) Inspired by Matthew 5:45, this work presents a juxtaposition of two houses—one standing upright, and the other inverted—to symbolize that divine blessings, like the rising sun and falling rain, are bestowed upon both the righteous and the unrighteous alike. Through this visual allegory, I explore the inherent duality of existence, where goodness and adversity coexist, transcending human notions of merit.
